It’s our pleasure to announce that Kissey Asplund will be part of this year’s O+ Festival 2025, themed around the word “Power” and everything it represents.
Throughout Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, you’ll experience dynamic communications of power through art pieces, murals, live-performances, spoken word, and wellness classes.
Kissey Asplund will facilitate her new meditation and manifestation class, designed to help you harness self-love as the driving force behind what you create and manifest.
Through inner empowerment, we fuel our greatest potential. For Kissey, our own inner connection is always the truest and clearest form of power we can access. The more we lean into being ourselves, the more we can act according to our purpose and passion.
In today’s fast-paced and chaotic world, it may be challenging to feel as if we can bring our dreams and vision to life. However, we must remember that chaos can also be the most fertile ground for fresh ideas, art, lifestyle shifts, and cultural updates. This is an opportunity to become stronger and more powerful in this reality (as individuals and as a community).
Generation Watts and Kissey Asplund will also provide 1-on-1 sessions in the O+ Clinic for the participating artists.

What’s this class about?
Experience a transformative 1-hour guided energy meditation designed to help you de-stress, center yourself, and reconnect with the present moment—empowering you to manifest and create.
Led by Kissey Asplund, learn how to cultivate the energy of self-love and inner connection to manifest in this reality. The class begins with a customized 10-minute talk tailored to the group, followed by 30 minutes of immersive meditation.
Bring a pen and notebook to capture insights, reflections and goals during the final 15-minute integration period. You’re welcome to participate sitting, standing, or lying down.
Throughout the journey, you’ll be enveloped in original music infused with tuned frequencies created by Kissey, designed to deepen your experience.

Kissey Asplund is an intuitive creative consultant specialising in the process of generation & creative subatomic energy. Asplund is the founder of the the inner energy studio, Generation Watts. She has also gained creative recognition as a music producer, multi-disciplinary artist and DJ. The journey of implementing how mind-body modalities and meditation magnifies creativity began at 17. Today, at 43, she uses her abilities of reading and tuning the realms of energy, and coach high achievers how to embody their full potential.
