Join us in a weekly creative meditation class taught by Kissey Asplund for the non-profit Heal One World. Each Tuesday, you will establish a stronger connection with your inner CREATIVE POWER, and sync your body and mind—all by using pro-active meditation techniques.

Each class, we will work on a new theme relating to creativity and inner empowerment. After the 20-30min meditation, we will wrap up with 10-15min of conversation/Q&A/thoughts.
You can do the class sitting, standing, or laying down.
The class is open to everyone, and pay what you can.
Heal One World mission is to encourage wellness and self-healing of the body, mind and spirit. Based in Los Angeles, they make modalities such as yoga, reiki, and tai-chi more accessible to those who can’t afford these classes. This makes it possible to integrate these amazing techniques at a pay-what-you-can basis and encourage more self-healing.
November 15 will the be the final class of this series for Heal One World.
